Do you sometimes dream of having the body you had 5 to 10 years ago or maybe even longer?

Are the diets you’re taking seem to have little to no results? If so, you’re in the right area. It’s time to eat right and Get Fit. If it worked for me it’ll work for you.

Get Fit 101

Get Fit! It’s just that simple. There is nothing negative about it either. It promotes its own positive influence in a nutshell. Its suitable, its tasteful.

Its desirable and beneficial. Trust me, there are lots of ways to be able to exercise and eat right without having to empty your pocket book.

Regardless of whether you are not able to afford a personal trainer, a gym membership or even workout equipment. There are countless organic ways to be inspired to Get Fit.

With all the many things you can do in the comfort of your own home and still be able to accomplish your goal.

There’re endless ways you can Get Fit. For me it starts from the inside out. The better your spirit feel on the inside the more you will glow on the outside no matter what gender you are.

Attached are tools to help rebuild what you once had or want to have and there are a few key points here to help get you started.

Get fit by eating healthy

One thing I do know is you are what you eat. Also, choose to digest more foods that are healthy not only for your body but for you mind.

A lot of food nowadays put you straight to sleep and is designed to assist in making a lazy human being.

Water is the number one key to any diet. Any water is good but Alkaline water is best. Some say it can help slow the aging process, regulate your body’s pH level, and prevent chronic diseases like cancer.

Because of this, some advocates of alkaline water believe it can neutralize the acid in your body. Normal drinking water generally has a neutral pH of 7. Alkaline water typically has a pH of 8 or 9 so please keep this in mind.

I honestly hate suggesting what you can and cannot eat. But what I will suggest is Eat Fewer Carbs and More Lean Proteins. Eat Whole Foods and Avoid Most Processed Junk foods including canned foods (more fresh vegetables please)

Reduce Your Calorie Intake and Intermittent Fasting Is Another Simple Way to Reduce Weight Quickly and also assist to Get fit.

Are you working hard enough

First and foremost as a beginner trying to get fit, the very first thing I suggest you do is set a personal goal. Take a full body picture and weigh yourself.

Put down than double cheese burger and chocolate candy bar. Instead, grab a bottle of alkaline water and a nice chef salad and take a jog.
As you are attempting to get fit, what I have done is set daily goals. E.g.

•Day 1 do workouts that work your muscles in your chest area. And yes, this includes you too ladies. Got to lift up those breastbones.

Also, if you are doing home exercises then you can do 10 reps of 20 push-ups. This will hike up your metabolism quite nicely.

•Day 2 workout those arms by doing arm circles to get rid of the flabby skin. This arm exercise targets your triceps, biceps, and shoulders.

    • Sit on the edge of a bench, knees bent at a 90-degree angle and feet planted on floor.
    • Grip the bench, hands on either side of your hips.

Push glutes off the bench and lower body two or three inches down, bending elbows (keep elbows close together). 10 reps with each rep being 30 seconds each

•Day 3 is all about Abs and guess what? Less than 10 minutes is all you need to complete this workout. Three basic ab exercises can and will help you get fit which consist of The Classic Crunch, Plank & Cross Crunch. Please be sure to take your time and focus on your formation.

Do these three exercises listed for 90 seconds each with 15 seconds rest time in between then repeat for a second round.

•Day 4 is the leg and glutes workout. Remember, these can also be done in the privacy of your own home. Squats, lounges, pistol squats, donkey kick, glute bridge and calf raises are all very capable of helping you get fit by completing 3 sets of 10 reps.

•Day 5 is a choice between power walking, jogging, running, swimming, jumping rope, basketball, riding a bike hiking, Pilates, yoga or maybe even cross fit. (Just to name a few) We need to get the blood flowing and moving your entire body.

I recommend at lease 30 to 45 minutes of your choice of cardio. A cardio routine makes us burn several calories and it speeds up our metabolism. Sheds body fat. Cardio exercises improve our Body Mass Index (BMI) as it reduces the amount of our body fat. Helps control blood pressure, since it improves the circulation of blood throughout our body

Get fit and inspire

I have set these exact goals for myself. I have also completed the obstacle on my mission to Get Fit. I have lost over 100 lbs and feel like a brand new women.

This process started off difficult but let me tell you,  each day gets easier. Pretty soon you’ll be motivating others in your circle without even knowing.

Next thing you know, you guys are working out and taking hikes together. It’s so powerful and mind blowing when you see the transformation happening right in front of your eyes.

Get fit lifts your Mind, Body & Spirit

Every morning when I get out of my bed, I have confidence. I take a look in the mirror and tell myself “Hello”, as if it were a new person I just met. I do this every day because I have changed myself for the better. I’m the same person with a readjusted mindset.

With dignity and respect is how I treat myself. Currently, I’m watching what I eat and put inside my body every day. It makes me feel absolutely amazing! I can walk 20 feet without getting tired, and eat without having to stuff my face to reassure that I’m full.

Consistently, I’m enjoying more outdoor activities and eating healthy. I’ve come here to share my experiences with you and hope than you too are looking for a change.
